RETURNS POLICY

WHISPER WIGS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR IF YOU FEEL THAT THE COLOUR DOES NOT SUIT.

Please be careful when selecting your wig and if you require further assistance when choosing or have a question that is not answered on our detailed product pages then please contact us via email at  info@whisperwigs.com

Refunds are only offered if your wig is deemed faulty by our head office.

If your wig is faulty;

  • Please contact us via email at info@whisperwigs.com within 7 days of receiving your wig. Your email must include your original order details, a detailed description of the fault and photo evidence.
  • The wig must be in its original condition; it must be unworn, unaltered and the lace must still be fully intact.

After reviewing your email we will advise you on how to return your wig. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Your refund will be processed via your original payment method ONLY if your wig has been deemed faulty by our head office.

If your wig does not meet our returns policy it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
